Change of Mind Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancelling, you have a further 14 days to send the product back to us. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount. Only the cost of returning the product from your home to the supplier is at your own expense. If you exercise this right, the product must be returned to the supplier with all accessories supplied and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at support@relluna.com. We will refund the amount owed within 14 days of receiving your return notification, provided the product has been received back in good order.
Exceptions to Change of Mind Returns
The following products cannot be returned under our Change of Mind policy (these exceptions do not apply if the product is faulty β see "Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law" below):
- Sealed products where the seal has been broken.
- Products made to the consumer's specifications.
- Products that are clearly personal in nature.
- Products that cannot be returned due to their nature.
- Products that can spoil or expire quickly.
- Products whose price is tied to fluctuations in the financial market that we have no control over.
- Individual newspapers and magazines.
- Audio and video recordings and computer software where the consumer has broken the seal.
Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
These rights apply if a product is faulty, not fit for its intended purpose, or does not match its description β regardless of the exceptions listed above, and regardless of whether the packaging or seal has been opened. There is no fixed time limit for these rights; they apply for a reasonable time depending on the nature and price of the product.
If a product you purchased from us has a genuine fault, please contact us at support@relluna.com. Where a product is faulty, we will cover the reasonable cost of returning it to us.

Warranties are listed individually for each product. If this is not the case, please feel free to contact us for more information. Any warranty offered is in addition to, and does not limit or replace, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law above.
