When will I receive my order?
The average delivery time is 7 to 15 days. Our products are shipped directly from the supplier to you. Thanks to this unique business model, we save significantly on storage and transport costs, allowing us to offer our products at more competitive prices than our competitors. On top of that, we cover the shipping costs ourselves.
The expected delivery time has passed. Where is my order?!
In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected timeframe. Unfortunately, an order can occasionally experience a delay during shipping.

I'm missing some products from my order. How is that possible?
We work with multiple suppliers, which means products may be shipped separately. If you're missing items, they can usually still be delivered within 2 to 3 days. We apologise for the inconvenience.
What are the shipping costs?
We cover the shipping costs in full.
Please note: We sometimes give away promotional FREE products. In that case, we charge $11.95 AUD in shipping costs to cover handling and shipping fees.
Exchanges & Returns
I'm not happy with my order. Can I return it?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the product is undamaged and unused. You don't need to give a reason.
